According to The Blast , the neighbors filed a joint petition with the court to request a stop to Kim Kardashian’s construction.
They believe that digging a tunnel to build a large complex under Kim’s villa “could cause loss of life” because it is close to the gas pipeline.
Kim is said to be expanding his property with underground construction items including: a shelter bunker, a spa (health care center), parking lot and security house .
Neighbors believe that if the Architectural Association allows Kim Kardashian to carry out this project, they will be placed at risk of serious injury and irreparable property damage. They are related to the gas pipeline explosion in San Bruno, California in 2010 – where 8 people died, 58 were injured and 38 homes were destroyed.
The letter also states that Kim’s plan will destroy two hills in Hidden Hills and destroy the natural, rustic countryside setting of this area. That goes against the regulations of the community here.
It is unclear whether Kim Kardashian has started building an underground bunker or not, but she has renovated her villa in recent weeks. In the paparazzi photo, the grass hill near Kim’s house has become a pile of dirt.
